How your information is handled
This policy describes what junkremovalorlando.org gathers from the people who use it, where that information goes, and what you can ask us to do with it. Junk Removal Orlando is a referral service: a request made here is passed to an independent, insured hauling business in the Orlando area, and that business does all of the loading, hauling and disposal; none of it happens here.
What is collected
The information we collect is whatever you type into the form, which normally means a name, a phone number, an email address, the service you are asking about, a message, and any photos of the pile you attach or text afterward. We also record the page the form was on. Calls to the number on the site pass through a call tracking service that logs the calling number, the time, the duration, and may record the conversation for quality purposes. Page views are counted on the server as totals only: which page, which country, what sort of device, and which site sent you. No analytics script runs in your browser and no tracking cookie is set for that count.
How it is used
We use your information to answer your request and to line up a hauler for it. The page totals tell us which pages are read and which need work. None of it is used for marketing unrelated to your request.
Who sees it
To arrange a pickup we pass your name, number, photos and job description to one or more independent haulers serving your area, and any of them may call, text or email you about it. We disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and it goes nowhere beyond answering the request, operating the site and the phone line, and meeting legal duties.
Cookies
We set no analytics cookies of our own. The call tracking service may place one cookie so that a call can be matched to the visit that produced it; your browser settings control and remove it, and the pages work with cookies off.
Retention
Form entries and call logs are held for as long as handling the request and ordinary record keeping call for, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask for earlier deletion through the contact details at the end of this policy.
Your choices
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. If you no longer want to hear about a request, tell us or tell the hauler who contacted you and the contact stops. Replying STOP to a text message ends texts from that number.
Children
These pages are meant for adults, and nothing here is aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep information from children; if you think a child has sent something through the form, contact us and it will be deleted.
Changes
We update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version.
