The site connects people in the Orlando area with independent, third-party hauling businesses for junk removal, cleanouts and debris hauling. It is for lawful use by adults; anyone under 18 should not use it. You may not interfere with it, upload malicious code, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone.
The referral model
Junk Removal Orlando is a referral service and performs no hauling itself. Your request is referred to an independent hauler, who may pay a referral fee for it, and the agreement for the work is between you and that hauler. We make no guarantee about any hauler's availability, workmanship, timing or results. Cost figures on the site come from published national surveys and are general information only; they are no part of any estimate.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate contact details and an honest description of what needs hauling, to check a hauler's proof of insurance before loading starts, to keep paint, chemicals, fuel and other hazardous material off the load, and to raise any dispute about the work with the hauler who did it.
Copyright
The words, pictures, drawings and design on these pages belong to or are licensed to Junk Removal Orlando and are protected by copyright. Copying, republishing or redistributing any of it requires written permission first; ask through the contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Junk Removal Orlando is not liable for any damages that arise from using the site or from work done by a hauler referred through it, including lost profit, lost data, damage to property and consequential loss, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where the law does not allow a liability to be limited, nothing here limits it.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Junk Removal Orlando against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that result from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with a hauler.
